Modern slavery statement

LAST UPDATED11 May 2026

This statement sets out our commitments under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking in our own operations and in the supply chains we rely on. Final wording to be confirmed by legal counsel.

SECTION 1

Our organisation

Neurofer is the trading name of Your Private Healthcare Ltd, a UK-registered company providing private ADHD and autism assessment, titration and ongoing care to adults and children across the UK.
SECTION 2

Our workforce

Our clinicians are GMC- or HCPC-registered professionals engaged either as employees or via independent practitioner agreements. All workers are paid in line with UK employment law, have written terms of engagement, and have the right to work in the UK verified before they start.
SECTION 3

Our supply chain

Our supply chain is predominantly UK-based and limited to professional services, software, payment processing, secure messaging, medical equipment, and cleaning/facilities for our clinic locations. We do not manufacture goods overseas or rely on labour-intensive supply chains.
SECTION 4

Risk assessment

We assess our overall risk of modern slavery exposure as low, given the regulated nature of healthcare in the UK and the professional credentialling required for clinical roles. We focus due diligence on facilities and cleaning suppliers, where lower-paid roles can be more vulnerable.
SECTION 5

Controls in place

Onboarding checks for all team members include right-to-work verification, professional registration verification (for clinical staff), and reference checks. Supplier contracts include a modern slavery clause requiring compliance with the Act and prompt notification of any concerns identified.
SECTION 6

Training & awareness

All directly engaged staff receive guidance on identifying signs of modern slavery as part of their induction. The leadership team reviews this statement annually and updates it as our operations grow.
SECTION 7

Reporting concerns

If you have a concern about modern slavery in our operations or supply chain, email compliance@neurofer.co.uk. Concerns can be raised anonymously. We take every report seriously and will investigate within a reasonable timeframe.
