We built the service we couldn't find.
Neurofer started where most ADHD and autism stories start: with people stuck. Stuck on five-year NHS waiting lists. Stuck on titration after a private assessment that wouldn't follow them up. Stuck between teams when their presentation didn't fit a single referral form. We're consultant clinicians who decided to build the joined-up service we kept telling our patients we wished existed.
Four principles. No fine print.
Anything we promise on this page, you should be able to hold us to during your assessment, your titration, and every conversation in between.
Specialists, not generalists.
Every clinician here works exclusively in ADHD and autism. We don't take referrals outside that scope, and our clinicians don't switch contexts to other specialties between appointments.
Diagnosis is the start, not the end.
We stay with you through titration, shared-care handover, and annual review. The report isn't the product, what happens next is.
Published prices, plain English.
Every fee is on our pricing page. Every report is written so your GP, your employer, or your child's school can use it without translation.
Honest assessment, every time.
A private fee buys you a clinician's time, not a diagnosis. We tell people they don't meet criteria where that's the honest answer, even when it would be easier and more profitable not to.
Face-to-face, UK-wide.
Most private services pull you to a single London clinic. We don't, in-person assessments are available across the UK, with virtual as a first-class alternative for anyone who prefers it.
Across the UK,
not just London.
Wherever you are in the country, we'll come to you, or you can come to us. Most of our patients meet a clinician within a 90-minute drive.

If we sound like the kind of team you'd want, get in touch.
Book an assessment, book a 15-minute call with a clinician, or just send us a question. We reply within one working day.
