Tracey Tembo

Tracey is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and neurodevelopmental clinician with experience across forensic and acute mental health care, eating disorders, substance misuse, older people's mental health, dementia, and child and adolescent mental health services. She specialises in adult ADHD and autism assessments and is trained in DIVA-5, ADOS-2 and ADI-R.
Her work includes exploring developmental history, considering other possible explanations for a person's difficulties, developing clinical formulations and writing diagnostic reports. Tracey is also a qualified Independent Prescriber.
Known for her compassionate and respectful approach, Tracey aims to help people feel heard and supported throughout the assessment process. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, taking long walks and supporting her local community.
