Ruth is an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber specialising in ADHD assessment and medication management across adult and paediatric groups. Qualified for 20 years, she brings extensive NHS inpatient and community experience—including older persons, adult and mother-baby pathways, alongside established leadership capability.
She is recognised for her calm, steady approach and her ability to support individuals with complex and co-occurring mental health needs. Ruth provides a safe, collaborative and non-judgmental assessment environment that values neurodiverse strengths and ensures people feel heard and understood.
Her practice is adaptable, reflective and consistently person-centred. Ruth’s overarching vision is to promote the celebration, support and understanding of neurodiversity, enabling individuals to thrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking her two cocker spaniels, watching true-crime documentaries, horse riding, baking and travel.
