These terms govern your use of the Neurofer website and any services you book with us. They describe what we agree to provide, what we ask of you, and how to raise issues if anything goes wrong. Final wording to be confirmed by legal counsel.
SECTION 1
About these terms
These terms form a contract between you and Your Private Healthcare Ltd (trading as Neurofer). By booking an assessment or treatment with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't proceed with a booking, get in touch and we'll talk it through.
SECTION 2
Booking & payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment has cleared. We accept the major debit and credit cards via our regulated payment processor. Fees and the services they include are listed on our pricing page. We do not add fees that aren't published.
SECTION 3
What we provide
We provide private clinical assessment, treatment and review services delivered by GMC- or HCPC-registered clinicians, in line with NICE guidelines and our CQC registration. The specific service is described on the relevant service page and confirmed by email when you book.
SECTION 4
What we ask of you
You agree to give us accurate, complete information about your medical history and current treatment; to attend appointments on time or let us know in advance; and to treat our clinical and admin team with respect. Honest information matters most, the quality of an assessment depends on it.
SECTION 5
Cancellation & rebooking
Cancellation and rebooking arrangements are confirmed in your booking email and follow professional standards for private healthcare. Specific notice periods and any administrative charges to be confirmed by counsel before publishing.
SECTION 6
Complaints & limitations
If something goes wrong, contact hello@neurofer.co.uk. We follow a documented complaints procedure aligned with CQC standards. We accept liability where the law requires; we don't exclude liability for clinical negligence or for anything else the law prevents us from limiting.
SECTION 7
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we change anything material, we'll flag it on this page and update the date at the top. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the day you confirmed it.
