Liam Kennedy is an experienced healthcare executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record in NHS transformation, operational leadership and private sector commercial growth.
A former NHS Chief Operating Officer, Liam has extensive experience leading complex services, improving performance and delivering major transformation programmes. He played a leading role in the successful mobilisation and opening of the £1 billion Midland Metropolitan hospital in October 2024.
Alongside his NHS career, Liam has developed and scaled healthcare businesses, bringing expertise in strategic consultancy, independent healthcare and innovative models of care. He has also led transformation across acute, community and primary care, focusing on improving patient outcomes, productivity and financial sustainability.
As Chief Strategy and Delivery Officer, Liam leads strategy, partnerships and growth, combining NHS leadership experience with commercial expertise to turn ambitious plans into measurable results.
Outside of work, Liam enjoys spending time with his young family, playing padel and travelling.
