Allan is a qualified Social Worker with over 11 years of experience supporting individuals across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Transitions, and Adult Neurodiversity services. He has extensive expertise in strengths-based assessments, care planning, safeguarding, and collaborative multidisciplinary working, ensuring individuals receive compassionate, person-centred support tailored to their needs.
As a qualified ADI-R, Autism, and ADHD Assessor, Allan has experience conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments, developing clinical formulations, and producing high-quality diagnostic reports. He is committed to delivering evidence-based, neuro-affirmative practice that promotes independence, safeguards vulnerable individuals, and achieves positive outcomes for people with complex and neurodevelopmental needs.
Outside of work, Allan enjoys a quieter pace of life, spending time walking in the park and keeping active through his love of sport. He is a keen follower of football, tennis, and cricket and values the opportunity to relax and unwind with family and friends.
